Meetings will be held via RingCentral Meetings. Before scheduling a virtual hearing, please make sure you can communicate virtually and meet the minimum technological requirements to support a virtual hearing:

This is for preparation purposes only. Once in the meeting, our WCAD Host will ask for your name and account number. As Appraisers become available, you will be assigned to an Appraiser for an informal hearing. Nuclear pong mac os.

The process for virtual hearings will be as follows:

  • Check-in to your hearing no more than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time by entering yourself into the Virtual Waiting Room for the date of your scheduled here. You may be in the waiting room with other property owners. The WCAD Host will reach out to you through the chat button on the bottom of the meeting window.
      • If the chat does not automatically open, feel free to click the chat feature at the bottom of the connect with the WCAD host.
    • You will need to know your QuickRef ID, which can be found on your notice of appraised value or in our property search
    • QuickRef ID will be 'R' followed by six digits. Ex: R123456
    • Please note, this is a queue check-in system. Questions about your property will not be answered via chat box in the waiting room..
  • Once an Appraiser is available, you will be moved into a private virtual hearing room.
  • If you do not come to an agreement with the appraiser and wish to proceed to an Appraisal Review Board (ARB) hearing, you will be placed into a virtual ARB waiting room. You will then be moved to a private virtual meeting room when a panel is available to hear your protest.
